Chamber Practice also attends to all the issues and maintenance of the company even after formation of the company such as filing of annual reports, resolutions, filing of all the required forms, liasioning with government officials such as Reserve Bank of India, Registrar of Companies, SEBI etc.
The Professional Charges for formation of a Company in India
is at USD 45 per hour + Disbursements on actual.
Alternatively, a lump sum
fees of USD 3250 may be accepted + Disbursements on actual.
This will include taking name search of the proposed company,
filing, drafting of memorandum and article of association
until Certificate of Incorporation of the Company only.
